Shipping & Return Policy




Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification with the tracking number, when your order has been shipped.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service
problems are outside of
my control and/ or responsibility.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculating shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be
calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: I offer 7 euros flat rate shipping to most countries.
For items that weigh more than 30gr.: I offer 11 euros flat rate shipping
to most countries.

Special f
ree shipping for orders over 100 euros ( Flat rate will be returned to customers after purchasing ).



Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over 50 euros within [Barcelona area].


In-store pickup

I do not have available In-store pickup.



International Shipping

I offer shipping to all countries except islands and remote areas. Special Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Hoping that this will not happen; Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred
once a shipment reaches your destination country.
UMAUMA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.



/Special rules for Brasil/

Any international purchase made on websites in other countries is consider
an import, as is receiving a gift from abroad.
Discover the Correios electronic platform, where you can pay taxes and
services for your international order.
When purchasing an international order, remember to link your CPF!
Download the  App Correios and follow the tracking closely so you don't miss payment deadlines!

 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at [email protected] with your name and order number, and I will personally look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please inform
me through e-mail messages before purchasing.



Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo
of the item’s condition. (see UMAUMA's return policy terms)

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to
work towards a satisfactory solution.




UMAUMA RETURN POLICY

UMAUMA has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be proven to have arrived broken or dismantled or not arriving at all.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping
your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that you are purchasing a fragile item that may break if left in unattended places with animals or children, and it will break in case
of falling in hard superficies.

Also note that some parts of the jewel like findings and beads may lose some color or be a bit different in tone from the photos on the page.
The difference will be minimal but may occur.

Umauma has no responsibility for broken items after arrival.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
when it is an option in the shop.



Exchanges

European Union 3-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit
card company to process and post the refund too.
